Q
How do we book?
A
Either email us at info@hrgolfpenthouse.co.uk or ring us on +44 (0)113 285 4954, telling us what dates you would like to book and your contact details, and we will get right back to you. To secure your reservation we ask for a non-refundable deposit of £100 per week.

What happens on arrival?
A
10 days prior to your departure date you will recieve an information letter with contact details for the Keyholder. Our Keyholder will meet you at the Resort entrance and take you to the Penthouse. We would ask that you arrive at the Penthouse no earlier than 4pm, to enable our cleaning company to fully prepare the property. We would also ask that you depart no later than 11am on your departure day to enable our cleaning company to prepare the Penthouse for the next guests.  These times are negotiable depending on bookings

Why do I have to pay a security deposit?
A
Accidents do happen and we would hope that you contact the Keyholder if you should break or damage anything. When you depart the Penthouse will be thoroughly cleaned and a report will be submitted to our Keyholder. Your deposit will be returned within 14 days of your return, subject to confirmation, that the penthouse and its contents are in the same condition as on your arrival. Any damage, breakages, excessive use of utilities and/or leaving the Penthouse in such condition that warrants extra cleaning will be made good from your security deposit.

If we have any problems with the Penthouse who do we contact?
A
We employ a Keyholder in nearby La Torre who looks after the day to day running of the Penthouse. Their details will be included in the information letter. Help and advice can also be found in the Customer Services office at the entrance to the Resort.

Is smoking allowed?
A
Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere within the Penthouse, so that we can maintain a clean smoke free environment for all our guests.

Is there a maid service?
A
No. The Penthouse is professionally cleaned between guests and this is included within the rental price. A washer, dryer, dish washer and vaccum cleaner are provided for your use.

How many people can stay?
A
4 people can be accommodated.  The Penthouse has 2 bedrooms each sleeping 2 people.

Can we bring pets?
A
Sorry, no pets are allowed.

Are there any stores nearby?
A
There is a small supermarket on the Resort and a number of shops in Sucina.  There ia also a large hypermarket near the airport as well as a number of shopping centres in the region.

Q
Do I get discounted rates for the golf course?
A
Yes, Guests using our Penthouse are entitled to privilege rates at all Polaris World golf courses (please ask for current rates).  There are also special offers throughout the year.

Can I hire golf clubs?
A
Yes.  Golf clubs, trollies and buggies are all available to hire at the clubhouse.

Are welcome packs available?
A
Welcome packs can be arranged.  Prices start from 15 euros.
