All rates include taxes , all gas, electricity and water and the attendance of our Keyholder to meet and greet you on arrival. The prices are for the property not per person.

*Minimum stay 3 nights*

End of stay clean 55 Euros, payable locally on departure

Deposit
We will require a non refundable deposit of £100 per week, payable upon completion of the booking form.

Security Bond
A refundable £100 security bond is to be paid along with the total balance 8 weeks prior to your departure date.

Included for your convenience at no extra cost are the following:

Local Keyholder on call for total peace of mind
All linen and towels (bring own beach towels if you intend to visit the beaches)

Payment
We can accept cheque payments in Euro or Sterling currency. Alternatively we have a PayPal account which allows you to pay using Visa or Mastercard credit cards. There is, however, an extra charge of 4% to use this service.
